Ok...so I don't have a picture, but this recipe for a Greek version of a hamburger is so simple and yummy. I served them on buns from the Albertson's deli that were delicious {kind of a sweet bread} and my husband added an apple butter barbeque sauce on top. They were really good. PLEASE NOTE: the measurements are totally a "guesstimate". I just eyeballed it all and it made about 10 good size patties.
Spinach-Feta Burgers
2 lbs good quality ground beef
one red onion
6-8 ounces fresh baby spinach
one package crumbled feta
dice red onion and heat in large frying pan {til they get clear, a little carmelized & yummy}. add spinach to pan and cook down til it is wilted. season ground beef with salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. Add spinach/onion mixture and feta cheese and combine.
Form into patties and cook on hot grill. We cooked them pretty well done. Delish!
